Cruella’s Movie And The Review About The Beautiful Scenarios

I’m so happy to comment on Cruella’s movie, I loved the film and for those who didn’t watch, don’t worry I won’t give any spoilers and talk about the story, this post intends to comment on the design style applied to the interiors.

As mentioned in the description Cruella’s film takes place during the 1970s in London amidst the punk rock revolution, in the scenes of the film you can see a mixture of vintage and modern England, the predominant colors are earthy and typical London grey.

The Bedroom

The first environment I’m going to comment on is our protagonist Cruella’s bedroom.

You can see the large window very typical of that time, metal chandeliers, wood, and metal furniture, carpet in dark red color and the beaten wooden floor with various details and the walls and ceiling have crown molding.

Here we see a very interesting play of light, despite being a very spacious environment, the lack of light and darker tones remind us of a smaller and cozy place, a space where the feeling is that we are at home.

The Workspace

In the elegant workspace, inspired by a Georgian house converted into a patio, we can see the white and black of the period being well used to compose this well-organized and clean place, the large windows appear here in greater quantity, ceiling lamps, and table lamps to bring the necessary amount of lighting to the environment, as it is a manual workplace, lighting here is of great importance.

The Baroness’s office

Here we find the Baroness’s office on the top floor of the studio.
Furnishings are a mix of vintage and modern with splashes of color.
The accessories used in this scene were exaggerated in quantity and size to give greater grandeur to the character.
