Dual Style: Home Office Transformation

Design Challenge:

This project involved transforming a small, blank room into a functional home office for a couple with very different design styles.
He preferred a modern, traditional look, while she gravitated toward boho and maximalist aesthetics.
In addition to creating distinct workspaces for each, the room also needed to accommodate storage for clothes, home items, and books—
requiring custom solutions to maximize the limited space.

Design Solution:

We blended the couple’s contrasting styles by incorporating elements of traditional modern and boho-maximalist design.
Custom-made furniture was essential to fit the small space, ensuring both function and style.
The color palette, window treatments, and lighting were carefully selected to harmonize the different aesthetics,
creating a cohesive yet personalized space for each person.

Style Selection: Blended traditional modern with boho-maximalist aesthetics to suit both personalities.

Custom Furnishings: Designed bespoke furniture to fit the small space, incorporating ample storage.

Color and Window Treatments: Chose colors and window treatments that complement both styles.

Lighting: Selected lighting to create a balanced and productive work environment.

Remote Collaboration: Executed the entire project remotely, ensuring the couple’s vision came to life without compromise.
